Used for on-site testing large components such as larger or super large mould, casting, forge, shaft, roller, pipe and mounting equipment components as well as other large machinery parts such as annealed, hardened, high efficiency hardened, hardened and tempered and cemented carbides.
Small indentation, high efficiency, available for NDT and one-by-one testing batch-bulk finished products or half-finished workpieces.
Compared with usual Leebs hardness tester, higher accuracy more than 1 time, less factors, lower requirement of degree of finish of parts?surface, more acceptable in international trade. Readings are accord with standards of most workpieses without conversion.
Readings can be converted into HB or tensile strength values.
Tianxing Rockwell testers read directly in fifteen Rockwell scales :
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, M, P, R, S, and V.
Comply with GB/T230, ISO6508 and ASTM E18.
Tolerance ≤±1.5HRC.
